Redhill Careers Week — Redhill School

Last week was Redhill Careers week, the event was a wonderful opportunity to help young people get the information they need make informed decisions about their future careers and career interest. During lessons pupils found out more about how their learning relates to different career paths. We welcomed Halesowen College through the week, who shared a bit about what options students have Post 16 and what college life is all about during assemblies. In tutor time, students identified links between skills and careers through research-based tasks, undertook careers based quizzes and discussed the importance of post-16 education.

We have also produced a designated Careers Google Classroom page so students can undertake research and find out more about careers options both during and outside of school lesson time.
